Hours & response
Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
If you are placing a youth, we aim to respond within 48–72 hours.

Housing is the platform. Skills and partner referrals are how early adulthood gets traction.
Independent living skills
Budgeting, cooking, laundry, housemate communication, and the basics of holding a lease later.
Education pathways
Support for re-enrollment, GED, community college, and trade programs with quiet study space at home.
Workforce readiness
Resume help, interview practice, and connections to Antelope Valley employers and workforce partners.
Wellness & navigation
Warm handoffs to behavioral health, mentoring, and community supports — we do not replace clinical care.

Most transitional housing sites are static. We designed this one like an apartment search so residents practice real housing literacy — and so agencies can place faster with less operational lift.

Who can live here?

How do I know if a room is really open?
Each home shows open, limited, or full, with the date staff last checked. A hold is only real after the placement team confirms — not by clicking alone.
How fast do you answer agency referrals?
We aim for 48–72 hours. Use the referral form for urgency notes, or contact the placement desk for time-sensitive cases.
What support comes with the housing?
A furnished room plus coaching for independent living, school, and work — so the next step into private-market housing is realistic.
